  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 cup of cream cheese (200 g)
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth (500 ml)

  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese (150 g)
  • 3 leeks
  • Salt to taste)

What should you do?

  • First, we peel the potatoes, leeks and onion. Afterwards, we will chop all the vegetables into not very small cubes.
  • Next, we put the vegetable broth on the fire until it boils, adding salt to taste, and then we add the chopped vegetables, which we will cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Afterwards, we remove the mixture from the heat and add the cream cheese.
  • Once the mixture is ready, we grind it in the blender until we obtain a creamy and homogeneous texture.
  • Finally, we will serve the cream of potatoes and cheese in deep plates while it is steaming. To decorate, we can sprinkle a little grated cheese on top of the plate.

3. Potato and cod cream

  • Once the cream is ready, we serve it in deep plates and garnish it on top with a tablespoon of salmon roe. This product is quite salty, so it will not be necessary to add more salt to the whole.
