  • 1 cup of cream (200 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of chicken bouillon (45 ml)
  • ⅓ cup of water (83 ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste)
  • Olive oil (as necessary)

Preparation

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil and chopped onion.
  • When cooked, add the corn kernels and spinach.
  • Reduce the heat and wait for the spinach to be tender. Later, add the chicken consommé diluted in a third of water.
  • When it begins to boil, add the cream little by little, and continue mixing so that it is well integrated.
