Banana And White Chocolate Brownie

Invented by an American pastry chef who forgot to put the yeast in a brownie, this dessert has been improved to its current form.

Option 1: Banana White Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients:
- Butter (150 g).
- White chocolate (140 g).
- Sugar (120 g).
- Eggs.
- Flour (120 g).
- Very ripe banana (100 g).
preparation:
- Preheat the oven from below to 180ºC.
- Melt the butter with the white chocolate, either in a double boiler or in the microwave, in periods of 30 seconds so that it does not burn.
- Separately, mash the banana, mixing it with the sugar and the eggs.
- Add the melted chocolate to this mixture. When it is well mixed, add the flour.
- Line a square mold with greaseproof paper or grease it with butter.
- When a homogeneous mixture forms, pour over the mold.
- Bake the brownie at 180ºC for about 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick sticks it out slightly damp.
- Let it cool out of the oven before consuming it.
Option 2
Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas.
- Egg.
- Sugar (100 g).
- Flour (150 g).
- White chocolate coating (120 g).
- Butter (15 g).
- Salt.
Preparation of the banana brownie:
- Preheat the oven from below to 180ºC.
- Beat an egg with the sugar until a whitish mixture is left.
- Blend the bananas with the mixer and add them to the beaten egg. Mix well until smooth.
- In a double boiler, in the microwave or directly in a saucepan, taking care not to burn it, melt the chocolate with the butter.
- When it is melted, add the chocolate to the previous mixture.
- Add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor and mix well.
- When the dough is homogeneous, pour into a baking tin previously greased with butter or lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake the brownie at 180ºC for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick pokes it slightly damp.
- Let cool before eating.
Option 3
Ingredients:
- Liquid cream (150 g).
- White chocolate (300 g).
- 4 eggs
- Sugar (115 g).
- Butter (150 g).
- Flour (150 g).
- Baking soda.
- 3 ripe bananas.
Process:
- Preheat the oven from below to 180ºC.
- Grease a square baking tin with butter and flour, or line it with parchment paper.
- Cut the chocolate into pieces.
- Heat the cream in a saucepan. Before it boils, add the chocolate and stir until there are no lumps and it acquires a texture similar to Nocilla. Reserve.
- In a separate bowl, add the sugar, eggs and mix until smooth.
- Besides, heat the butter in the microwave at a low temperature so that it softens a little.
- Add the butter to the eggs and mix well. Then add the flour and bicarbonate and beat with the mixer on low speed.
- When a uniform mass is left, add the chocolate and cream mixture, stir until it is a homogeneous mixture.
- On a separate plate, mash three ripe bananas with a fork and add them to the mixture with the spatula.
- Pour over the mold and bake for 20 minutes or until it comes out a little damp when you click with a toothpick.
- Let it cool out of the oven before consuming it.
