Ingredients
- 340 grams of large shell-shaped pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 kilo of chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large onions
- 3 cups of chicken broth
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
For the pasta
- The first thing you should do is bring enough water to boil to be able to submerge the shells. Add a few drops of oil so that the pastes do not stick and once it is bubbling, add the shells being careful not to splash.
- Leave them for between 10 and 15 minutes, which is about what it will take to be ready.
- When the suggested time has passed, remove them from the water and set them apart, separated from each other so that they do not stick.
For the filling
- In a different container, cut the chicken into strips, also take the opportunity to cut the onion into not very small squares and chop the garlic finely.

- Once this time has passed, you should have a thick mixture as a result, correct the salt and if you wish, add more pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

- Try not to spend time with the pasta, they can be too soft and will not work for the recipe.
