For the chocolate cake:

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cups of powdered chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of strong coffee
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

For the chocolate frosting:

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of sugar

  • A can of condensed milk

Preparation method:

1- First, start with the chocolate bread. To do this, turn the oven to 180 ° C. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Beat the eggs aside, add the oil and the other wet or liquid ingredients. Pour little by little into the previous preparation and when everything is integrated, place in a greased and floured mold. Bake for 40 minutes or until you insert a knife and it comes out clean and dry. Take out of the oven and let it cool down.

2-While the bread is baking, prepare the chocolate bitumen. Heat the milk with the chocolate powder and the cornstarch in a saucepan. Add the sugar and keep beating. Lower the heat and let it continue to cook, until it is thick. Finally, turn off the heat and add the butter and vanilla extract. Stir well and reserve to cool.

3- The third step is to make the filling. Beat the cheese until fluffy, add the butter and beat well. Pour in the milk and vanilla extract while stirring. Place in the fridge for an hour. Before using, divide in half.

4-Now prepare the bitumen to cover. Beat the cream well until it thickens. Put the powdered cream and icing sugar while stirring. Pour in the cheese filling.

5-Finally, for the assembly you have to wait until the cake is very cold. Cut in half and fill with cheese. Cover with the other layer and line with the cream bitumen and on top, pour the chocolate bitumen. With a spatula, blend both polishes. Chop up the Snickers and spread them on top of the cake. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
